Event Submission Guidelines
 Read over our guidelines below before submitting your event here.

At Nitevibe, we try our best to spread the love between all genres and style of events, as we receive hundreds of event submissions weekly and can only pick up to 30. Below you'll find information on our selection process, how to best submit your event and some of our extra services and advertising options.

>> SELECTION PROCESS:
All the regular events and topics chosen for our Top Paragraph-format Lifestyle section and Weekly Pix section are editorially picked and NOT Advertisements. Your event will be reviewed by our editorial staff, and if selected, will appear on our BUZZ Newsletter, e-mailed to 40,000+ subscribers.

>> OUR SCOPE:
Events we cover range from VIP to Underground happenings, Nitevibe also cover DJ-centric events, benefits, art and fashion shows, boat party, street parties and anywhere the dance groove lives. We cover most all music styles including House, Progressive House, Hip-Hop, Trance, Drum-n-Bass, and traditional live music. A great majority of our events are 21 and over, and take place in San Francisco.

>> EVENT SUBMISSION DEADLINE:
The BUZZ is produced one week in advance, and is published the following Tuesday Morning for all events relating to the current week: Tuesday-Sunday. To all promoters and club owners - for your event to be considered for the BUZZ, you must submit event no later then Tuesday prior to the week that your event takes place.

>> SUBMISSION FORMAT:
We're currently working on a more automated process, however until then. Please submit your events answering the following headers to events@nitevibe.com

>> FLYER OF THE WEEK:
Each week, the best designed flyer is editorially picked as Flyer Of The Week. This section features the designer and his/her flyer. To have your event's flyer, considered as Flyer Of The Week, you'll need to send front and back jpg images of the flyer to:
Best-Flyer@nitevibe.com Include contact info on the designer and link to his/her portfolio site.

>> ADVERTISING ON THE BUZZ:
