St. Stupid Day Parade
Feeling the need to get silly or the urge to let it all hang out? If so, here's what the doctor ordered. For 3 decades Bishop Joey and The First Church of the Last Laugh have been leading St. Stupid Day Parade through downtown San Francisco and this year he promises to be even more stupid than ever! Immediately following the parade  at Thee Parkside, will be the tent revival and swap meet afterparty all inclusive with live bands and tacos - feel the wacky from sun up to sun down. If this year is anything like last years parade, get ready to let your freak flag fly. Date: Tuesday, 4/1, Time: 12pm, Place: Embarcadero Plaza, Cover: no cover, link More Info (WF)

Robot Rock
I wasn't sure how the Robot Rock boys, Richie Panic and Jefrodisiac, could top last month's party, but here we are with another great robotic lineup that would get R2D2 rushing the stage. Digitalism, the electro/dance-rock duo from Germany, released their first LP, "Idealism," in 2007 and since then have enjoyed great underground success. They've also produced some great remixes for artists such as Tiga, Depeche Mode, The Cure, and many more. Check out their Daft Punk "Technologic" remix here. Joining Digitalism is Guns n Bombs, which consists of Ima Robot bassiest Filip Turbolito and Chicago DJ Johnny Love.  They like their robot rock dirty, so get ready for some filthy electro treats!
