Your
Top10 DJDreamteam
For the last month you’ve hollered, shouted, raved and roared for your favorite beat-masters, so without further adieu, Nitevibe is proud to introduce San Francisco’s 6th Annual Top10 DJs for 2008. Coming in at number ten and making his second consecutive appearance is Mr Opulent Temple, Syd Gris. Earning the nine & eight spots are newcomer to the Top10 but no stranger to break-beat fans are Icon and Adam Ohana. Another first timer is one of SF’s true underground maestros, Rooz. Coming in at position six is a man who knows how to stir it up - returning to the Top10 is Taj. In the fifth spot is a celebrity who needs no introduction – Bassnectar. And just when we thought SF's House Scene was fading out, house heads made their stand by giving the top 4 spots to our perennial house giants. No stranger to SF’s Top10 is our very own globetrotter and dancefloor melody-maker - Kaskade. Holding on to his number 3 spot is David Harness, showing how much he's loved by his fans. And finally, two of the most voted DJs in the history of this poll, climbed back up to their familiar one & two spots - your top DJs Miguel Migs and Mark Farina. The entire Top 30 is listed below. We want to thank everyone who voted and for supporting the SF’s dance music scene. Stay tuned for details on our upcoming annual DJDreamteam party! (FR)

Stiletto
If
you've got a short attention span like me, then you like to be constantly
stimulated when being entertained. Tonight, Ms. Parker Day offers you
the best antidote to ADD since Ritalin was introduced, in the form
of Stiletto.
Stimulating you on all levels, Stiletto incorporates music, film, performance,
photography and fashion that will make you pay attention til you pass
out. Going with the theme of the film "Beyond the Valley of the Dolls",
electro and indie tunes will be thrown down by underground faves Rchard
Oh?!, Omar and
Primo while We are Champagne and V perform. Rounding out the
stimulation will be photos by Rohini Moradi and Vvandi Xvandi and a
fashion show by Erin Emslie and Workin Girl. Good lord, with all this
going on, how could you NOT go?Date:
