New York-based DJ Billy Carroll, is a true master of his craft who has been honing his skills since the days of disco. With residencies all over the Northeast, along with appearances across the country and abroad. In August of 06, Carroll started his own underground party, aptly titled "dIRTY bEATS," with the intent of reviving the spirit of the disco days of old, where "all manners of heteros, homos, freaks and fools" intermingled on the dance floor in a shared experience of music and dance.
